A Turkish kitchen, hookah lounge and full bar on International Drive that keeps going long after the tourist strip quietens, with a service charge that kicks in between one and seven in the morning. Cold mezze open properly: hummus, dolma, babaganush, haydari thick with dill and walnut, ezme sharp with banana pepper and roasted walnut. Grills follow, from doner and iskender layered over pita with yogurt and butter, to beef shish, lamb adana, kofte and lamb chops. The Ottoman Pleasure platter is built to feed three. Everything is halal, and entrees arrive with tzatziki, chopped sumac onion and butter rice.
