CAFE MARQUISE – Restaurant

Marco Island's Café Marquise runs two moods out of one room in the middle of the island. Mornings are American and European breakfast side by side: pancakes, omelettes, crepes, sandwiches, smoothies, Turkish pastries and proper coffee, served daily from eight. Evenings turn Mediterranean, a spread of cold mezes leading into warm main dishes, with a short list of wine and beer and a deliberately unhurried, low-lit feel. The kitchen leans on freshness rather than flourish, and the same family voice carries across both services. Dinner pauses through the quiet summer months and returns at the start of October each year.
