Cafe Muscat Great Neck – Restaurant
A kosher dairy cafe on Cutter Mill Road, the Great Neck sibling of a long-running Fresh Meadows kitchen, working under Vaad Harabonim of Queens supervision. The register is Israeli with an Italian accent: shakshuka in the morning, Muscat mallawach built on flaky Yemenite dough, oreganatto salads piled with stir-fried sweet potato, asparagus and feta, cooked white fish tacos with slaw and aioli, ravioli in half a dozen sauces, baked ziti, pizza, panini, sushi and soups. Pastries and cakes fill the counter, and a lengthy list of homestyle Shabbat salads goes out packaged. A private party room handles events and gatherings.
