On South Washington Avenue in Titusville, this bistro and social club runs on Louisiana cooking, live music and a private speakeasy. The kitchen's own Gypsy Dust rub turns up on slow-smoked brisket; elsewhere sit shrimp and grits with collards, crawfish and shrimp etouffee, catfish Atchafalaya, Jamaican oxtails and pollo coco lima on Yucatan coconut rice. French onion soup, fresh beignets, New Orleans bread pudding and pecan pralines cover the ends. Sunday brunch brings pain perdu and Paradiso eggs Benedict. Add happy hour Tuesday through Saturday, murder-mystery dinners, absinthe tastings, poker nights and a multi-course chef's table. Theatrical, and seriously fed.
