CAMINITO – Restaurant

Weston's Argentinian corner takes its name from the painted street in La Boca, and the kitchen keeps faith with it: the parrilla comes first and everything else follows behind. Entrana is squared off and grilled to order, costilla de cordero feeds the table, and the Gran Caminito folds skirt steak into a sandwich large enough to explain the name. Provoleta arrives bubbling under prosciutto, arugula and tomato. Empanadas, asado cooked to whatever degree you prefer and dulce de leche desserts fill out the rest. Tango plays, the wine list is Argentine, and the grill announces itself right from the door.
