A Brickell gastrobar on South Miami Avenue where the kitchen works Latin, Mediterranean and Italian at once and the room keeps going long past midnight. Ceviche is the specialism: tradicional peruano, mixto, andino with mango, pulpo a la parmesana under shaved parmesan. Off the grill come Argentinian churrasco with chimichurri and fried yucca, ribeye, tenderloin in wine sauce, and Parrilla Candela, a shared board of beef, chorizo and pork belly piled with empanadas and tequenos. Elsewhere, whole branzino, citrus-baked salmon, linguine pomodoro, tacos, quesadillas. Starters include caprese bruschetta, hummus and calamari. Tiramisu or creme brulee to close, with cocktails alongside.
