The country club dining room on Bailey Trail in The Villages, open to walk-ins every day from breakfast through dinner. It is a broad American card: classic Reuben on grilled marble rye, the Cane Garden Club on toasted sourdough, lobster BLT, shrimp tacos with hoppin' johns, then chef specialties like chicken marsala, Cane's baked meatloaf, liver and onions, bourbon-glazed salmon, stuffed flounder, brown butter haddock, lobster ravioli.
