CANTON LEE – Restaurant

West Miami's Canton Lee runs a long Chinese-American menu with a Cantonese spine and a few local detours. Steamed pork char siu bao, har gow and shumai open proceedings. House specialties bring Dragon and Phoenix, Special Double Yellow pan-fried noodles, a seafood tofu pot and Happy Family, stir-fried shrimp, chicken, roast pork, beef and ham. Szechuan plates cover kung pao, Mongolian beef and mapo tofu. Fried sweet plantains and green plantains sit beside the egg rolls. Pad thai, udon and pepper-and-salt squid widen the net further. The kitchen runs daily from late morning until ten, geared to pickup and delivery.
