Store 3373 puts Captain D's on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park, where the fryer does most of the talking and the line moves quickly. Batter-dipped white fish with hush puppies and fries anchors the menu, joined by butterfly shrimp, popcorn shrimp, clam strips and a fish-and-shrimp combination. Grilled options exist for the asking: wild-caught salmon, grilled shrimp, Old Bay grilled whitefish.
