Four kosher kitchens under one Upper West Side roof on West 83rd Street, all OU certified, all sharing the same counter and tables. Graze Smokehouse handles authentic southern barbecue, its sixteen-hour brisket, house-cured meats and craft jerky. Carlos & Gabby's brings flame-grilled burgers, subs, wraps and salads with the sauces the brand built itself on. Mexi-Ko builds burritos, tacos, nachos and rice or quinoa bowls to order, protein and sauce your call. Rosa's turns out coal-fired chicken, burgers and rice bowls. It opens Sunday through Thursday only, closed Friday and Saturday. One room, four menus, and nobody has to agree.
