CARMELA COFFEE – Restaurant
Coastal Stuart got its Carmela in 2023, a cafe on Southeast Federal Highway built for slow mornings and long conversations. The coffee is genuinely traceable: beans grown on El Cuminate, the family farm in Costa Rica's West Valley, then roasted in small batches in Florida. Breakfast runs until noon, covering shakshuka finished with cilantro and feta, oven-baked Carmela pancakes under strawberries and lime-maple syrup, bagel with lox, and croissant sandwiches. Afternoons bring toast plates, keto and grain bowls, salads, flatbreads and focaccia sandwiches. Visitors repeatedly mention how welcoming the room feels. Order a cortado, take a seat, stay a while.
