Casa La Rubia took over the Wynwood brewpub that traded as Veza Sur, keeping the beer, including the La Rubia blonde ale plus pours from Wynwood and Veza Sur Brewing, and rebuilding around indoor and outdoor space made for lingering. The kitchen is no afterthought: loaded fryz under beer cheese sauce, choripan with Argentinian chorizo and chimichurri, porky bites, tuna tartare with mango ponzu, tacos by the trio, burgers on Via Oeste buns.
