Casa Neos Lounge occupies the after-dark half of a Mediterranean waterfront complex on the Miami River, open Thursday through Sunday from eight until four with international house DJs and an elegant-chic dress code. It is genuinely a dinner room, not just a bar: black truffle arancini, zucchini and eggplant chips with tzatziki, a mezze of hummus, baba ghanoush and muhammara, horiatiki salad with aged PDO feta, bluefin tuna crudo, whole Cycladic seabream sashimi, lobster paella for two, and Dover sole a la parilla. Menus come from Michelin-starred culinary head Michael Michaelidis with executive chef Adabis Castro. Strictly twenty-one and over.
