CASA TEQUILA STUART LLC – Restaurant
Casa Tequila's Stuart location on South Federal Highway is the most spread-out of the group: private dining rooms inside, generous outdoor seating, and an open fire pit for evenings on the patio. A mariachi band plays Thursday nights and trivia takes over Wednesdays. Off the menu come pollo mexicano in chipotle cream, arroz con pollo, carne asada, Cabo quesadillas with marinated shrimp, ceviche salad and huevos rancheros for the lunch crowd. Tacos, burritos, fajitas and combination plates cover everything else. Portions are large, and the margarita pricing stays friendly all week. Open from eleven to ten, seven days a week.
