Thirty-odd years in the seafood trade stand behind this Miami River fish house, where the kitchen is supplied by the owners' own boats and the dining room looks straight across at illuminated downtown. Raw bar first: oysters shucked to order, tuna tartare, the trio ceviche. Then Sopon Marinero, lemon-herb branzino, twin lobster tails, shrimp scampi, or fish selections from mahi to grouper, seared, broiled, fried or baked with a sauce you choose. Sides run tostones, maduros and yuca fries. Open daily from noon, later on weekends. A big, unpretentious room built for long tables, cold wine and plenty of shellfish.
