St. Pete's taqueria of record, run by Don and Gwen across three neighbourhood rooms. Corn tortillas are pressed in house, meats braised slowly, produce sourced locally when the season allows. Tacos come one to a tortilla so a table can build a spread: carnitas under salsa verde and queso fresco, barbacoa with cotija, pollo tinga braised in chipotle and tomato, chorizo with pineapple salsa, seasonal fish, and chipotle-marinated tempeh or brussels sprouts for the vegetable side.
