CAVE305 – Restaurant
Collins Avenue, where the kitchen runs from breakfast to the small hours and the cuts arrive oversized. Cave 305 opens with eggs, Dubai-style waffles, lobster benedict and corned beef hash, then turns steakhouse: USDA Prime filet, bone-in ribeye, porterhouse, a thirty-two-ounce tomahawk, dry-aged strip and American wagyu. Start with maple bourbon glazed bacon, provoleta, oysters Rockefeller, grilled octopus or a seafood tower. Beyond beef sit beef wellington, braised lamb shank, swordfish alla puttanesca and seafood fra diavolo. Sides mean creamed spinach, truffle parmesan steak fries and lobster mac and cheese. Breakfast opens at nine; the bar keeps going until two.
