The ceviche list runs unusually long: pescado, mixto, norteno, carretillero, al olivo, corvina, pulpo y camaron, plus a house Ceviche Inka. Tiraditos, causitas layered with tuna, shrimp or octopus, conchitas a la parmesana and anticuchos de corazon crowd the opening pages. Hot plates reach aji de gallina, pescado a lo macho, tacu tacu, saltado de mariscos and whole fried pargo, with chupe arequipeno and parihuela on the soup side. Pisco does serious work behind the bar. Sushi rolls sit at the back.
