CHANA THAI KITCHEN – Restaurant

A Kendall storefront doing two kitchens at once: Thai plates and a sushi bar, run out of one small, warmly kept dining room. The Thai side is the deeper one, with pad thai in tamarind, drunken noodles with chili and basil, pad see ew, khao soi under egg noodles, panang and massaman curries, gai med ma muang with cashews and pineapple, and a chicken volcano in chili sauce. Tom yum goong and tom kha gai open things. Sushi runs from avocado and California rolls to spider and dragon. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options run throughout. Dine in, takeout or delivery.
