CHARLEYS PHILLY STEAKS – Restaurant

Two Charleys counters serve Hialeah, both running the same open griddle: steak chopped fine, cheese melted through it, roll toasted, sandwich wrapped and gone in minutes. The list starts with the Philly Cheesesteak and the Old School, adds the bacon-loaded Bacon 3, and covers chicken in California, buffalo and teriyaki builds. Fries are original, cheese-topped, cajun-seasoned or loaded. Classic and boneless wings get tossed in sauces from garlic parmesan to mango habanero and Korean BBQ. Real-fruit lemonades come in strawberry, mango, peach and cherry acai. Shakes are blended thick to order. Cheesesteaks handled with more care than the price suggests.
