Charlie Sauer opened his first ice cream counter in Hialeah in 2015 and brought the brand to Westchester in December 2025, on Southwest 97th Avenue beside Sedano's. Soft serve does most of the work here, twisted and dipped and buried under sprinkles, with hard-scoop tubs running to fourteen flavours and a monthly special alongside them. Vanilla and cookies and cream lead the year; pumpkin, eggnog and peppermint bark arrive with the seasons. More than twenty toppings sit behind the glass. Doors open at noon and stay open until eleven, and the queue peaks late. Sunday nights are reliably the busiest.
