Ordering starts with the filling: bistec campechano, lengua, barbacoa, picadillo, chorizo, carnitas, pastor, chicharron, tinga, lechon or choripollo. The truck parks on East Brandon Boulevard and trades six days a week; the bar and grill sits a few minutes away on West Lumsden Road.
