CHIFA DU KANG – Restaurant

Chifa is Peru's Chinese kitchen, and the Tou family has cooked it in South Florida for more than thirty-five years, working from recipes handed down through generations. The Doral dining room on NW 79th Avenue runs the classics: Chaufa Especial, Lomo Saltado, Tallarin Saltado, Pollo Chi Jau Kay, Chancho con Pina and the Kamlu Wantan, with Siu May and fried wantan to start and nabo encurtido alongside. A combinado pairs noodles with fried rice. Portions are the recurring theme, and diners routinely leave carrying boxes home. Open daily from noon until half past nine, with takeout, delivery and catering alongside.
