CHIMICHURRI LOS PRIMOS – Restaurant

The pink sauce is the calling card, and the hours say who it is for: past two most nights, five in the morning on Fridays and Saturdays. Los Primos has cooked Dominican street food in Miami since 2005, a family operation on Northwest 36th Street pressing fresh handmade bread for each chimichurri, original, chicken or pork. Order a yaroa loaded over fries or sweet plantain, a fritura platter of pork chunks, salami, bofe or fried cheese, empanadas or quipes on the side. Passion fruit and tamarind juices, tres leches or Dominican cake to finish. Takeout only, and family run throughout.
