Family-run since 2005 and built around the night shift, this Dominican takeout truck on Northwest 36th Street toasts handmade bread for every chimichurri, the Dominican burger filled with beef, chicken or pork alongside cabbage, tomato and a secret chimi sauce. Yaroa arrives over french fries or sweet mashed plantain, layered with meat, melted cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise. Fritura platters run through beef and pork chunks, chicharron de pollo, longaniza, salami, fried cheese and orejitas, with tostones or batata alongside.
