CHINA CHEF – Restaurant

An Avalon Park takeout kitchen on the east side of Orlando, six days a week with Tuesdays dark and the doors open late Friday and Saturday. The Chef's Special list is the reason to look past the combos: Hawaii Five O piles shrimp, scallop, chicken, beef and roast pork into one garlic-sauce plate; Snow White works chicken, shrimp and scallop through egg white and lobster sauce; Tung Ting shrimp, subgum wonton, four seasons and dragon and phoenix follow. Chinese sugar donuts and pan-fried wontons start things. Moo shu arrives with five pancakes; General Tso's comes in bean curd. Deep card.
