A NW 183rd Street takeout kitchen with its whole menu printed twice, English and Spanish, right down to arroz frito especial and tortilla de huevo. That bilingual instinct runs through the food too. Fried plantains and crab claws sit beside pork egg rolls; salt and pepper wings, General Tso's shrimp, dragon and phoenix, Mongolian chicken and bourbon chicken fill the chef's list. Five numbered family specials feed a household, and party trays of honey garlic chicken, lo mein and fried rice handle bigger nights. Jupina pineapple soda and homemade iced tea in the cooler. Closed Tuesdays, otherwise open until ten.
