A Fleming Street fixture in Key West, open daily from eleven and running late into the evening on weekends. The menu is old-school Chinese-American done at scale, with soups and chow mein sold by the pint or quart, subgum fried rice, fantail shrimp, shrimp toast and a pu-pu platter to share. Beyond that sit Szechuan and Hunan plates, moo shu, egg foo young and a chef's specials list. Barbecued spare ribs come small or large. So do the boneless ribs. Cold beer and wine by the glass or bottle round it out, and party trays handle the bigger nights out.
