CHINA GOURMET – Restaurant

China Gourmet trades from a Winn-Dixie plaza on Royal Palm Beach Boulevard and calls its cooking New York style, which shows up plainly on the card: Szechuan wontons, boneless spare ribs sold by the pint or the quart, and a pu pu platter loaded with egg rolls, barbecue ribs, fantail shrimp, teriyaki beef, wings and krab rangoon. Dinner specials arrive with an egg roll and pork fried rice, from moo goo gai pan through bourbon, sesame and orange chicken to Hunan beef. Two American specialty lists let you swap in either fried rice or lo mein. The kitchen closes Tuesdays.
