CHINA ONE – Restaurant

Out on US Highway 1 at the edge of Hilliard, trading as China 1, this is a small-town Chinese counter whose chef's page punches above the postcode. Sapphire Delight sets crabmeat, shrimp and chicken in a delicate egg white sauce. Happy Family and Seafood Delight both bring lobster meat; Four Seasons runs shrimp, chicken, roast pork and beef through a brown sauce. Elsewhere there is ma po tofu, home style bean curd and cheese fried wontons with crabmeat. Lunch specials come with fried rice until half three. A diet and health section steams broccoli, scallops or shrimp, with sauce alongside.
