CHINA PARK – Restaurant

China Park cooks out of Maxcy Plaza in Haines City, and prints every dish in English and Chinese. The chef's specialties are the draw: Four Season, sesame beef, crispy shredded beef, coconut chicken, coconut shrimp, Kung Pao Delight, Dragon and Phoenix, crispy shrimp in orange flavor. Appetizers wander happily, taking in prawn crackers, Chinese fried donuts, sweet banana, green plantains and a pu pu platter for two. General Tso's tofu handles the vegetarians; a steamed diet page handles everyone else. Family specials come lettered A through D. Lunch and dinner combinations arrive with the same numbers the regulars order by.
