Then it broadens into Yeung Chow fried rice, Singapore mei fun, chow fun, moo shu and a proper tofu list including ma po. The chef's specialties are where it stretches — Happy Family, Four Seasons, seafood delight, seafood pan-fried noodles, Hong Kong lemon chicken, dragon and phoenix. Family packs and party trays for the rest. Steamed diet plates too. Straightforward, generous, fast.
