A Great Neck Plaza sushi bar that also runs a full Chinese kitchen, Chiyoda covers both halves without treating either as an afterthought. From the cold side: peppered bluefin tuna tartare with ponzu, yellowtail jalapeno, kani salad, grilled hamachi kama, toro scallion and salmon avocado rolls. From the wok: sesame chicken, General Tso's, crispy beef in sweet chilli, pepper steak, chicken with broccoli, lo mein and fried rice, opened with miso, wonton, egg drop or hot and sour soup. Scallion pancakes and pan-fried dumplings bridge the two. Glatt kosher, open through the evening Sunday to Thursday and closed for Shabbat.
