Miami's smash-burger truck found a permanent parking spot. The Chopping Block launched in Westchester in 2024 and now sits at Casa Cultura on Ludlam Road, firing burgers Wednesday through Sunday evenings. The griddle does the talking: the TCB Smash and the Bacon Jam Smash come crispy-edged and stacked, hand-breaded fried chicken sandwiches arrive shatteringly crunchy, and the Korean chicken lands with house coleslaw. There are loaded fries, Cajun fries, a chopped cheese borrowed from New York bodegas, and Miami-style Cuban fritas made as a nod to the city. Everything is cooked to order at the window. Walk up, eat outside.
