A Miami food truck built around a griddle and a grill, trading on Northwest Seventh Street and cooking Latin street food to order. Chu-Chu Movil runs on salchipapas: fries and sausage piled with bacon, with chorizo, or with chorizo, flap meat and bacon all at once. Choripan, the classic hot dog and its deluxe cousin, and the Hamburguesa Chu-Chu in plain or deluxe form fill the rest of the board. Steak is the quiet strength, in a picanha sandwich, an entrana sandwich, or plated with salad and potatoes. House salsas on the side, cold Jarritos in the cooler. Late-night fuel.
