The draw is fried chicken hand-battered on site — legs and thighs by the two-piece or the bucket, tenders with dipping sauce, wings in original, spicy or under a seasoned rub — and the warm honey-butter biscuits that come with nearly everything. Real Big Deal boxes pair chicken with two classic sides, a biscuit and a whole jalapeno pepper. Coleslaw, fried okra, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy. Fried pies and Chillers after. Cheap, quick and unapologetically Southern.
