Ciao Amore is an Italian gelateria and bakery cafe on Espanola Way in Miami Beach, opened in 2023 by Stefano and Claudia, who moved from Sardinia to make gelato the way they grew up eating it. Many ingredients are imported from Italy and the case is churned fresh each morning. Constants include pistacchio, nocciola, stracciatella, seventy-two percent cioccolato, tiramisu and amarena, joined by Nutella, Dubai chocolate, Biscoff, dulce de leche and salted caramel, plus fruit sorbets in lemon, mango, passion fruit and pineapple. Illy espresso, cappuccino, caffe latte and affogato are served alongside fresh pastries, from morning until past midnight.
