CILANTRO TACO – Restaurant

At Tioga Town Center, Cilantro Tacos runs a counter where every meat is hand-prepped in house daily. Build your own plate by protein: chicken or ground beef, carne asada, barbacoa, carnitas, or al pastor grilled with fresh pineapple, plus wild-caught grilled shrimp and flounder, or eggplant, mushroom and zucchini off the grill. Tacos come on flour, corn or hard tortillas, or Nate style, corn dipped in pork stock and griddled golden. Birria-style barbacoa tacos arrive with consome for dipping. Burritos, bowls and taco salads follow, with house escabeche and fresh guacamole. Dine in or take the patio, Monday through Saturday.
