A Jamaican kitchen on SE Indian Street in Stuart, open from mid-morning until the evening rush and later on Fridays and Saturdays. Dinners come with rice and peas or white rice, plantain or steamed vegetables: jerk chicken, brown stew chicken, curry chicken, curry goat, oxtail, cow foot, jerk pork, ackee and saltfish, stewed peas, barbecue ribs by the pound or the slab. Soups run chicken, goat and cow foot. The pastry case holds beef, chicken, vegetable and cheese patties, coco bread, bulla, spice bun and bun with cheese. Daily specials rotate through the week. Catering handles parties and office lunches.
