COACH-N-FOUR STEAK HOUSE – Restaurant
A Western room out on Pine Forest Road where the beef is still hand-cut and the house sauce is called Hook'em. Coach-N-Four opened in Pensacola in 1979 and has stayed in one family since, Donna and Greg Guilford carrying it on from her parents. Steaks climb in size: six-ounce petite filet, twelve-ounce magnum, an eighteen-ounce Ranch-Hand's, ribeyes, sirloin, New York strip. Gulf seafood shares the board with fried oysters, bay scallops, shrimp, mudbugs and seared ahi in ginger sauce. Two sides come with every entree, fried okra among them. Lemon cheese pie is the house dessert. Wednesday through Saturday only.
