Brickell's first fully vegan kitchen, a casual room on Southeast Fifth Street a short walk from the Miami River, with seating inside and out. The cooking is Latin at heart and Venezuelan in particular: arepas, cachapas including a choricachapa built with vegan sausage and avocado, plantain and cheese empanadas, falafel, burritos, and a Mexican bowl on soy mince. Burgers are the draw, patties pressed from pea protein, with avocado bites and loaded fries alongside. Cold-pressed juices, kombucha, wine and vegan desserts round it out. Diners keep coming back for the portions and for burgers convincing enough to fool a carnivore.
