Breakfast runs until three here, and the benedicts are the reason to arrive early. Crab cake, Irish with corned beef hash, Philly steak on a flaky croissant, and a Cubano stacked with chorizo and avocado tomato salsa. Pressed Criollo sandwiches follow: Cuban, medianoche, tripleta. Bananas Foster French toast is a stuffed cinnamon roll under pecan maple syrup. From eleven, empanada baskets, chili crisp cauliflower, chicken chorizo tacos, beef on weck, and meatloaf under tomato bacon glaze. Wings by ten or twenty, tossed however you like. Diners mention big plates and an owner who greets everyone. Loud flavor, and zero pretension.
