The Coffee Snob roasts its own beans on North Boulevard West in Leesburg, then pours them across the counter. Single origins rotate through Peru, Honduras, Nicaragua and Colombia beside the house Sunshine and Connoisseur blends, with a Swiss Water decaf for the cautious. Breakfast is real food: burritos, hashbrown bowls, deep-dish omelets, bagels and smoothies. Drinks run from straight espresso and cold brew to London Fog, peppermint mocha, blackberry bramble and the Lumberjack. Doors open at seven on weekdays, eight on Saturday, closed Sunday. Bagged coffee, K-cups and wholesale accounts leave with the regulars. A roastery that feeds you too.
