CONCH CUSTARD – Restaurant
A bright dessert counter on the Overseas Highway in Marathon, open since December 2022 and run by the family that spent four years developing it. Everything frozen is made on site: homemade premium ice cream, premium soft-serve custard and Italian water ice, built without artificial flavours, colours, preservatives or emulsifiers. Order a bowl, a filled cake cone, or upgrade to waffle. Gelati layers water ice with soft serve. Shakes, malts and root beer floats use the same house bases, and hot mini donuts come by the six or twelve. Toppings run rainbow sprinkles to Heath bar and pistachio. Pints travel.
