Dock-to-dish seafood in the old Singleton Fish House and Ice Plant, where shrimpers once unloaded pink shrimp; the original concrete floor, salvaged wood and Singleton sign still frame the stage. Fish is processed by hand every day. Start with cracked conch in orange-horseradish marmalade, Bahamian conch fritters with key lime mustard, or the tomato-based conch chowder that took a People's Choice award at the Masterchef Classic. Then local catch seared or blackened under the house JuJu slather, mojo pork chops, or the chuck-short-rib-brisket burger. Regulars come for fresh fish, the four-to-seven happy hour and easy service.
