The menu is bilingual, each dish written in English and Spanish, and the lunch combinations do the heavy lifting: pork lo mein, sweet and sour pork, orange chicken and beef chop suey, every one plated with oriental fried rice and an egg roll. Dinner widens into Mongolian beef, barbecue ribs and a vegetable soup that arrives with fried wontons. The kitchen makes its sauces from scratch and cuts vegetables by hand.
