A kosher dairy Italian kitchen on Chestnut Street in Cedarhurst, under the supervision of the Vaad of Five Towns, where the pasta is rolled in house and the pizza comes out of a brick oven. Start with whipped ricotta and feta on pizza bread, risotto balls in truffle tofu sauce, yellowfin tuna tartare, or Yucatan fish tacos of sea bass with mango slaw. Then funghi or onion marmalade pizza, ravioli with sauteed artichokes, pistachio pesto spaghetti. Entrees lean to fennel-dusted branzino and grilled salmon over beluga lentils. Closed Friday and Saturday. Pasta-making and pizza-making classes run alongside in the room.
