COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT SOUTH HOMESTEAD – Restaurant

The only restaurant on this Homestead property, and the last sit-down stop before the Keys or the Everglades for plenty of the people who use it. Breakfast is paid and made to order rather than a free buffet: eggs however you want them, a breakfast burrito, peanut butter and berry toast on multigrain, Starbucks coffee alongside. From five the room turns into an evening bar and kitchen, sending out the Bistro burger with aged white cheddar, a BBQ pulled pork sandwich and a strawberry, almond and arugula salad. Mornings begin at half six on weekdays; dinner runs until ten nightly.
