CREPES AND WAFFLES BAR – Restaurant

A vintage 1977 Airstream parked in Miami, turning out chef-made desserts until two in the morning. Crepes and Liege brioche-dough waffles are cooked to order, so expect a wait and expect it to be worth it. Savoury signatures go well past the format: Maine lobster in butter, braised short rib, coral prawn Mediterranean, prosciutto burrata caprese, creme fraiche and caviar. Sweet runs Nutella and banana, dulce de leche churro, creme brulee with fresh berries, salted butter dark chocolate, s'mores, Mr Pistachio Deluxe. Artisan gelato by the scoop or as a coppa sundae. Everything is from scratch, eco-minded, worth queuing for.
