CRUST – Restaurant
A 1950s house on the Miami River, converted: Art Deco columns, sixteen-foot ceilings, a sixty-four-seat room, a long bar, and a patio facing the water. Dough proofs forty-eight hours before it meets the oven. The namesake pie carries fig, prosciutto and blue cheese; others run truffled with arugula and parmesan, or Mediterranean with eggplant and kalamata. Beyond pizza sits a deep Italian card: cacio e pepe finished in a pecorino wheel, lobster ravioli, seafood guazzetto, truffle mushroom risotto, veal parmesan, branzino with mashed potatoes. The kitchen has been turning out these pies since 2015. Carryout and delivery are available too.
